Galvanizing Coating Types
Hot Dip Galvanized Hollow Section
Hot dip galvanized hollow section is immersed into molten zinc at approximately 450°C creating a thick protective zinc layer. This provides superior corrosion resistance for aggressive outdoor and marine environments.
Pre Galvanized Hollow Section
Pre galvanized hollow section is manufactured using pre-coated galvanized steel strip which is then roll-formed and welded. This approach offers uniform coating appearance and is ideal for indoor and light exterior applications.
